Background, Education, and Credentials

Below you will find a snippet of my professional background and the journey I have been on that has led to this incredibly significant work. Working with children and families has been the basis of my education and career. I have been an overnight camp counsellor and camp program coordinator, a teacher, an Early Childhood Educator, and a mother. Throughout this time I have had the importance of childhood development steeped into my way of life, and as I became a mother and entered the amazing community of parents/carers as one myself I began to discover the major significance of the parent/carer's health (physical, mental, emotional) and how it is deeply important and interwoven in the life of the family as a whole.
